In a parallel effort to The Ford Family Community Leadership Institute training, Illinois Valley nonprofits began to develop a community-wide network to improve communication and project collaboration in 2014. This led to the start of an online community calendar, grant writing webinar trainings, and community workshops to promote collaboration and event planning.
