Located at the Kerby Belt Building the IVBEC represents the unique partnership of Rogue Community College’s – Small Business Development Center with the IVCDO. Since 2008 the IVBEC has averaged 8 new business starts and 15 new jobs per year by providing confidential business advising and other support services available at no cost to the client. Major support has come from USDA- Rural Development and Josephine County.
We have significant experience with helping both existing and prospective business owners understand the challenges of operating within micro-economies and how they can overcome logistical and infrastructure challenges that are unique to rural areas.
