The Illinois Valley Community Development Organization (IVCanDO) is proud to share its 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year of partnership, progress, and community-driven work.
Centered around the theme “The Power of Partnerships,” this year’s report reflects the people, programs, and collaborations that helped strengthen the Illinois Valley and neighboring communities in 2025.
From housing and energy improvements to small business support, youth fundraising, strategic planning, and nonprofit capacity building, the report offers a snapshot of the work made possible through shared commitment and local leadership.

- 25 participating youth-focused organizations
- 10 staff supporting IVCanDO’s work in 2025
